How does the Cloud Team work?

Our project management workflow starts with a careful analysis of Customer's needs for the project. This is done cooperatively by one of our Senior Architects and Product Directors, who will then propose the architecture and provide a proposal with technical and functional specifications and a quotation for the project. Upon acceptation of the proposal, the Project Manager sets up a project team in concordance with the specific project and customer requirements (language, delay, technology, budget, etc.). The development process starts with an architectural design of the software solution. When the customer's requirements are met we propose a Beta Version of the solution for testing phase. This part includes testing for various scenarios and necessary modifications and bug fixing is applied, followed by a Release Candidate of the solution. When an accord between the customer and Manaty is met the project moves on to the release phase, which includes project documentation, deployment in customer's system environment and delivery of the source code. After successfully completing the deployment phase we provide professional basic and emergency support for all our customers.

Throughout the entire project, Manaty's Project Development Platform is used to define and follow the project roadmap. This platform is an full-fledged management tool, which ensures the fast progres of the project through real-time monitoring of assigned tasks performance and reporting. Furthermore, Manaty's Project Development Platform is accessible by our customers, giving them the same ability to monitor project status and trends in real-time.
